1. Intellectual Property

The VELEANOR / Veleanor.in name, logo, monogram, product designs, photographs, packaging, graphics, written content and other original brand materials are the intellectual property of Srishty Kumari, Proprietor of Veleanor.in, unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, resale or commercial use of any VELEANOR intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

2. Products

VELEANOR operates in the business of premium clothing, bags and perfumes.

Product images, colours, specifications, packaging and other product details may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, display settings, materials and manufacturing processes.

3. Trademark

The VELEANOR name, logo and associated brand elements shall not be represented as registered trademarks unless officially registered with the appropriate authority.

Unauthorized use, imitation or reproduction of VELEANOR branding may result in appropriate legal action under applicable Indian laws.

4. Fraud & Impersonation

No individual or entity is authorized to impersonate VELEANOR, create misleading accounts, sell counterfeit VELEANOR products, or falsely represent themselves as an official VELEANOR representative.

VELEANOR reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against unauthorized use, counterfeit products, fraud or impersonation.

5. Website & Content

All original photographs, designs, graphics, text, product descriptions, logos and other content published through official VELEANOR channels are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

6. Pricing & Availability

VELEANOR reserves the right to modify product prices, offers, discounts, availability and specifications without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

7. Governing Law

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to VELEANOR shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
